General Overview
Terms and conditions are subject to change as I am constantly working on updating them. While I may not post when I do update them, please feel free to review this page each time you want to obtain a commission from me
I work on commissions one at a time and only on my days off [ currently Wednesdays and Sundays ] so they make take a while.
No using my art for NFT/AI, if I find out you will be blocked and blacklisted
I have the right to deny any and all commissions if I’m uncomfortable with the requests
You may not edit or remove my signature in anyway, shape,or form
No editing or tracing over my artwork
All commissions come with a simple or transparent background
Easily found credit is required for any platform commissions are used on. [Ex: Twitter bio, Twitch about, etc.]
Payment + Usage
Payment is to be made up front, for returning clients and friends, I’m far more flexible with this policy
The prices listed are the base prices, there may be additional costs depending on the complexity of the designs
Payment will be made via Paypal, Kofi, Cashapp or Venmo in USD only, you are responsible for figuring out the conversion price
Any additional characters will be +75% of the base price and backgrounds will be +50% of base price
Prices are subject to change due to complexity, all prices shown are base prices
Rush orders have a +25% of base price tacked on as I would either have to prioritize them above commissions I already have and/or work faster than I am used to
Only I and the commissioner/current design owner have permission to use said art/design
You are allowed to make pins and shirts with my art on it if you are a returning client and we have discussed this before
You are allowed to repost the finished piece on platforms in which I do not use, provided you've given credit
Unless you are uncomfortable with your commission being being shown, I, the artist will post your comm on social medias + portfolio
Refund Policy
A refund will be made at points before the commission is finished. A commission that has not been started will receive a 100% refund, however in the later stages will drop to 75%, 50% and 25%
Once the commission is complete no refund will be issued
